With over fifty combined years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, the founders of GRACE construction, Inc. bring a varied and rich background to the firm's unparalleled expertise. After their involvement in many different aspects of the real estate industry, the owners joined to form their own unique development and construction firm putting to use their individual talents to offer real estate services in the most professional manner possible. Currently, GRACE consists of both residential and commercial construction divisions. GRACE is a general contractor, managing the site development and construction of homes and commercial facilities. Ms. Christi W. Branscom took the lead in 2003 to establish this new concept in development, design and construction, naming it after her only daughter, Grace. Ms. Branscom is an attorney at law, having served as general counsel for the last fifteen years for a leading real estate development firm. She is also a real estate broker for the State of Tennessee. Joining with Ms. Branscom in the establishment of GRACE Construction, Inc., are: Mr. Orlando Diaz, Mr. Randy Jenkins, Mr. Russ Watkins, and Mr. Scott Branscom Orlando Diaz has worked in the commercial construction industry for over twenty-five years. Mr. Diaz holds a construction license in both Tennessee and North Carolina. His project experience includes commercial, residential, industrial, retail and education. Randy Jenkins' area of expertise lies in the financial arena. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a leading real estate developer for the last fourteen years. Mr. Jenkins has also been involved in the placement of over $500M in project financing. Russ Watkins' experience includes both domestic and international construction projects. Mr. Watkins' work in space programming, conceptual design and contract negotiations makes a significant contribution to the success of the firm. Scott Branscom is the manager of the daily operations for GRACE. For the six years prior to joining GRACE, Mr. Branscom owned and operated his own construction and home inspection firm. He is a Certified Home Inspector and EIFS Inspector. He holds a construction license for the State of Tennessee and over the last five years, Scott has been a regular host for several construction-oriented televisions productions. He has appeared on Warehouse Warriors, Hardscapes, Best on the Block, Ask DIY, and Floor, Doors, and Windows. Currently, you can watch Scott on his show “HGTV Pro” every Saturday morning on HGTV.
